Wutt is a chat operating system for WhatsApp and Telegram, built agent-first for small and mid-sized businesses. Four named services live in one workspace: Wutt Sell, Wutt Book, Wutt Inbox + CRM, and Wutt Store — with AI reply drafts, campaigns, forms, payments, and an API underneath.
What Wutt is
Almost every competitor is an inbox with automation. Wutt is an inbox that closes: the same chat that receives the customer also books the appointment, confirms the order, and takes the money. For a salon, clinic, garage, boutique or front desk, that is the difference between software that logs the conversation and software that converts it.
- Wutt Inbox + CRM — shared WhatsApp and Telegram inbox with assignment, notes, statuses and typing-collision alerts
- Wutt Book — calendar booking with services, staff, availability, public booking page, deposits and reminders
- Wutt Store — catalogue to order inside the chat, with COD order mode and revenue attribution
- Wutt Sell — a conversation that turns into a checkout
- AI reply drafts, translation, campaigns, approved templates, forms, surveys and webhooks
What we build
Wutt connects WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API or a QR session) and Telegram into one shared inbox. From there the whole product is about turning conversations into outcomes.
- Shared inbox for WhatsApp and Telegram on one number — the whole team answers without missing a message
- Wutt Booking — services, staff, availability, deposits, and the reminder sequence that reduces no-shows
- Wutt Store — a catalog inside the chat, with orders, COD mode, and revenue attribution
- AI reply drafts, built-in translation, and flows that hand over to a human when it matters
- Campaigns to opted-in contacts with approved templates
- Store integrations for WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop and custom APIs
- Payments via Stripe, PayPal and Tap
How we price it
Pricing is flat and published: $11/month Starter, $99/month Growth, or $299/month Unlimited, with a $1 first-month trial. Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp conversation fees — Wutt adds no markup. There are no per-conversation surprises and no per-seat stacking at the entry tier.

Where we operate
Wutt is built for businesses that sell and book in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman — and for any team elsewhere that wants WhatsApp and Telegram handled properly. The interface supports 60+ languages; support is in English and Arabic.
How we work
We publish honest pricing, honest comparisons, and honest numbers. When we do not have public customer results yet, we say so — and we build for the first merchants who are testing Wutt today. Every claim on this site has a row in our claims register: who verified it, when, and when it expires. Competitor pricing is re-verified quarterly and stamped with the verification date on every comparison page.
