The roadmap: native Benefit support
Native Benefit support is on the roadmap. It is not live yet. When it ships, it is planned to cover:
- Benefit as a payment option inside chat ordering
- Payment status updates from Benefit in the inbox
- Order confirmation once payment lands
- A Benefit connection screen in workspace settings

Honest limitations
Be clear about today's reality.
- No native Benefit app today; it is roadmap, not a released product
- Benefit-specific payment flows are not available in chat until it ships
- Custom setups through the API need a developer
- WhatsApp sending follows Meta template rules and opt-in requirements

How Wutt helps
Orders, confirmations, and dispatch updates run in one workspace today, so when native Benefit support ships, the payment option drops into a flow that already works.
