There is no Google Calendar sync in Wutt yet. Booking runs on Wutt's own scheduling engine, and the external API and webhooks let your team move events between systems today.

• Wutt's external API and webhooks can push and pull event data
• No Google Calendar connection exists yet and it is not claimed as live

How booking works today

Wutt is a booking platform in its own right, so the core scheduling loop is covered.

• Customers book through a WhatsApp conversation or a booking link
• Appointment reminders send automatically before the slot
• Rescheduling and cancellation happen in chat
• Your team sees the full schedule in the workspace

The roadmap: Google Calendar sync

Two-way Google Calendar sync is on the roadmap. It is not live yet. When it ships, it is planned to cover:

• Bookings created in Wutt appearing on your Google Calendar
• Google Calendar availability respected when customers book
• Cancellations and reschedules updating both sides
• A Google account connection screen in workspace settings

Honest limitations

Be clear about today's reality.

• No Google Calendar sync today; it is roadmap, not a released product
• Until it ships, your Google Calendar and Wutt bookings are separate views
• Custom calendar flows through the API need a developer
• WhatsApp sending follows Meta template rules and opt-in requirements
