What connects today

There is no native mada app in Wutt yet. The connection that exists today runs through the live payment integrations.

• Payments in chat collect through Stripe, PayPal, and Tap today
• Order confirmation and dispatch updates run on WhatsApp templates
• A native mada flow does not exist yet and is not claimed as live
• mada remains available through your own acquiring arrangements where configured

What you can do today

The order side of the flow works today.

• Take orders in WhatsApp and Wutt Store
• Collect card payment through the live payment integrations
• Confirm orders and send dispatch updates in chat
• Track every order in the shared inbox

The roadmap: native mada support

Native mada support is on the roadmap. It is not live yet. When it ships, it is planned to cover:

• mada as a payment option inside chat ordering
• Payment status updates from the mada flow in the inbox
• Order confirmation once payment lands
• A mada connection screen in workspace settings

Honest limitations

Be clear about today's reality.

• No native mada app today; it is roadmap, not a released product
• mada-specific payment flows are not available in chat until it ships
• Custom setups through the API need a developer
• WhatsApp sending follows Meta template rules and opt-in requirements
