Tabby and WhatsApp: BNPL in Chat (Roadmap)

What connects today

There is no native Tabby app in Wutt yet. The connection that exists today runs through the live payment integrations and Wutt's external API.

• Payments in chat collect through Stripe, PayPal, and Tap today
• Wutt's external API and webhooks can move order data to the tools you use for BNPL
• A native Tabby flow does not exist yet and is not claimed as live
• Tabby itself remains available to merchants through Tabby's own checkout where configured

What you can do today

The order side of the flow works today.

• Take orders in WhatsApp and Wutt Store
• Collect payment through the live payment integrations
• Confirm orders and send dispatch updates in chat
• Track every order in the shared inbox

The roadmap: native Tabby support

Native Tabby support is on the roadmap. It is not live yet. When it ships, it is planned to cover:

• Tabby pay-in-4 as a payment option inside chat ordering
• Payment status updates from Tabby in the inbox
• Order confirmation once Tabby approval lands
• A Tabby connection screen in workspace settings

Honest limitations

Be clear about today's reality.

• No native Tabby app today; it is roadmap, not a released product
• BNPL plans cannot be offered inside chat until it ships
• Custom BNPL setups through the API need a developer
• WhatsApp sending follows Meta template rules and opt-in requirements
