A native WordPress plugin is on the roadmap. It is not live yet. When it ships, it is planned to cover:

• Connect a WordPress site to the Wutt inbox from the WordPress admin
• Automated order updates as utility templates
• Cart recovery triggers for abandoned checkouts
• A settings page for chat and ordering preferences

• For custom flows, generate an API key from the Wutt external API documentation

Honest limitations

Until the plugin ships, the connection has real edges.

• No native WordPress plugin today; the plugin is roadmap, not a released product
• Custom API and webhook flows need a developer
• No automatic site-wide chat integration until the plugin ships
• WordPress site data does not flow into the inbox automatically except through WooCommerce
