What connects today

There is no native Zoho app in Wutt yet. The connection that exists today runs through Wutt's external API and webhooks.

• Wutt webhooks can push message and contact events to Zoho
• Wutt's REST API can read and write contact data from your automation
• Zoho's own webhooks and API can drive Wutt in return
• A native app does not exist yet and is not claimed as live

What you can do today

The common CRM flows are buildable today, by you or a developer.

• New WhatsApp conversations create or update Zoho contact records
• Deal stage changes in Zoho trigger WhatsApp follow-ups
• Conversation notes and timestamps move between the two systems
• Wutt's own CRM features run independently in the workspace

The roadmap: a native Zoho app

A native Zoho app is on the roadmap. It is not live yet. When it ships, it is planned to cover:

• Two-way contact and deal sync
• Conversation history visible inside Zoho records
• WhatsApp actions from Zoho workflows
• A Zoho marketplace listing

Setup steps

A webhook-based setup takes minutes of configuration.

• Generate an API key from your Wutt workspace
• Create the webhook in Wutt for the contact or message event you want
• Add the webhook to Zoho or your automation tool
• Test with a real conversation before enabling broader flows

Honest limitations

Know what today's setup is and is not.

• No native Zoho app today; it is roadmap, not a released product
• API and webhook flows need comfort with configuration or a developer
• Sync is only as real-time as the flows you build
• WhatsApp sending follows Meta template rules and opt-in requirements
