QR Menu Builder for Restaurants

A QR menu replaces paper menus with a scan: customers point their camera at the QR and land on your WhatsApp chat — or, without a number, at the menu itself. This builder composes up to eight dishes with prices, renders a clean preview, generates a QR and prints a takeaway-ready menu sheet.

What the QR contains

Enter your WhatsApp number and the QR encodes a wa.me chat link prefilled with the menu text — the scan opens a chat already asking to order. Leave the number empty and the QR encodes the menu text directly, which is useful as a display-only code. The caption under the QR tells you which mode you got, so nothing is ambiguous at print time.

Sizing the QR for print

The generated image is 500x500 pixels, enough for a table tent or an A5 sheet. If the menu runs larger, generate and download at full size rather than scaling a small image up — a stretched QR blurs and fails to scan. Print one test copy and scan it with your own phone before the final run.

Press Print and the menu opens in a clean window for printing — no page clutter, no nav. Print on A4 or A5, place it on tables or counters, and test the QR with your own phone before you print the final run.

Menu hygiene

Keep names short and prices correct — an outdated price on a printed menu is a trust problem. Limit the menu to what you can actually serve; eight dishes are plenty for a scan-and-order format.

From scan to order

The QR gets customers into the chat; the restaurant still has to handle the order. Wutt attaches the scanned menu items to the conversation and routes orders into the shared inbox with kitchen and delivery tracking built in.
