Remember: this is a self-check that catches the most common mistakes. It is not legal advice, and passing it does not guarantee Meta will approve or deliver your message. Running this inside Wutt

Wutt sends campaigns from approved marketing templates, keeps consent records with each contact, and schedules sends inside the hours you choose. See how Wutt handles broadcasts.

      How it works

Sending a broadcast is easy. Sending one that arrives, converts and does not get your number flagged takes a little checking first. WhatsApp's business messaging rules exist to protect recipients from spam, and enforcement is real — messages from numbers that ignore opt-in rules get blocked, and numbers that repeatedly spam get banned.

      What this checker looks at

Paste your message and tick the four boxes that describe your campaign: whether every contact opted in, whether the message includes an unsubscribe option, whether sends happen inside 09:00-21:00 local time, and whether the send uses a Meta-approved marketing template. The checker also inspects the text itself — character count, phone numbers and links in the body — and combines everything into one verdict.

      How to read the verdict

A fail means fix before sending: contacts without opt-in, a missing opt-out or an unapproved template are the commonest reasons campaigns are rejected or numbers get restricted. A warning means you can send, but you are taking a risk — outside-hours sends and links in the body are the first things recipients complain about, and complaints trigger reviews. Pass means the message is clean on the checks listed here; it is not a guarantee.

What to do with the result

Whatever the verdict, keep a copy of the checked message and the checklist with your campaign notes. If a campaign is ever questioned, that record shows you checked opt-in, opt-out and hours before sending — and it makes your next campaign faster to prepare.

      What fixes to apply

The fixes panel turns each problem into a concrete next step: add an opt-out line, re-submit the template through your BSP, record consent for each contact, cut the message under the character cap. Most campaigns fail on two or three specific things, not ten.

      What this tool is not

This is a self-check, not legal advice and not a Meta endorsement. Policies change and differ by country — before a big campaign, review the current WhatsApp business messaging policy and your local rules, and keep consent records you can show if asked.

      Questions about this tool

No. It catches the most common problems, but Meta's systems decide delivery, and policy is enforced case by case. Treat a pass as a green light for this message only.

An explicit, documented agreement from the contact to receive marketing messages from your business — for example ticking a checkbox, or confirming on WhatsApp. Bought lists and scraped numbers do not count.

Recipients need a way out. A clear opt-out line (like "Reply STOP to unsubscribe") keeps complaint rates low, which is what keeps your number in good standing.

Not everywhere — it is a common self-imposed window and appears in guidance in several countries. Check the rules that apply to your audience before relying on it.

Yes, to a limited broadcast list, but the app has different rules than the API. For campaigns at scale you need the WhatsApp Business Platform, approved templates and a BSP.
