What a Make connection would add
Make's strength is visual scenarios across many apps. The WhatsApp version of that is one channel in a longer workflow.
- New CRM records trigger chat follow-ups
- Payment events update the team in WhatsApp
- Form data moves between tools and the inbox
- Complex multi-step scenarios with branches and filters

Honest status: on the roadmap, not live
Wutt does not have a live Make integration yet. It is on the roadmap. Nothing is sold or documented as released, and this guide describes the roadmap rather than a product. If a third-party Make module claims to connect to Wutt today, verify it carefully.

What to automate today
The channel inside WhatsApp is already automated; the surrounding workflow is automatable now.
- Build the lead pipeline in Make from your forms and Sheets
- Run booking reminders, drips, and cart recovery inside Wutt
- Keep opt-in records in one place for every downstream flow
- Standardise templates now so future steps reuse them
- Document the scenarios now so the migration when the module ships is a copy, not a rebuild

The template constraint still applies
Whatever Make does, business-initiated WhatsApp messages outside the 24-hour window still need approved templates, opt-in, and correct categories. Wutt manages those constraints; Make would consume them, not bypass them.

Scenario blueprints that fit the rules
The scenarios that make sense today all respect the same boundary: Make orchestrates the business, Wutt owns the chat. Blueprints worth building now include lead capture pipelines, notification relays, and reporting loops — none of which need to bypass template rules.
- A form-to-CRM pipeline with the chat as the follow-up destination
- A payment-event relay that tells the team what just happened
- A weekly digest of new contacts and open conversations
- An opt-in audit loop that flags contacts without evidence
