WhatsApp Team Inbox: Multiple Agents, One Number, Zero Collisions capabilities
One shared queue
Every WhatsApp and Telegram conversation lands in one place for the whole team.
Assignments
Each conversation has one owner, assignable and reassignable, so everyone knows who replies.
Internal notes
Team-only context on any chat — customers never see it.
Collision protection
Assigned conversations show who is handling them, so two agents never answer the same customer at once.
Unread and follow-up views
Filters for unassigned, unread, and waiting conversations so nothing slips through.
AI reply drafts
Suggested responses drafted from chat history, ready to edit and send.
Translation
Translate messages in and out, so any agent can answer in any language.
Telegram in the same inbox

How does a team share one WhatsApp number?
The connection sits with Wutt — through the Meta Cloud API or a QR session — instead of on one employee's phone. Every message lands in the shared inbox, where any agent can open it, reply, and assign it. The customer sees one business; the team sees one queue. Nobody logs into the WhatsApp number itself, so it never walks out the door with a leaver's phone.
- One WhatsApp number, many agents
- Staff log in with their own Wutt accounts
- The number never depends on a single phone

How do assignments stop double replies?
Every conversation gets an owner. When an agent opens and assigns a chat, the rest of the team sees it is handled — no two people typing the same answer at the same time. Reassign a chat when it changes hands, and the new owner picks up the full history, including notes left by the previous agent.
- Chats show who is handling them
- Reassignment keeps context for the next agent
- Unassigned views keep new chats moving

What about notes and handovers?
Internal notes are the team's memory: the customer's preference, the discount promised, the follow-up due. They live on the chat, visible only inside Wutt. When a chat moves between shifts or agents, the notes travel with it — so the customer never has to repeat themselves.
- Notes stay out of the customer chat
- Handovers include notes and full history
- Shift changes do not reset the conversation

How much does a team inbox cost?
The team inbox is included in every Wutt plan: Starter at $11/month, Growth at $99/month, and Pro at $299/month. Unlimited agents on every plan. The first month is $1, and Meta's WhatsApp fees pass through at cost.
Common questions
Unlimited agents on every plan, including Starter. Pricing depends on features and message volume, not headcount.
They could, but assignment prevents it: a chat has one owner, the team sees who is handling it, and notes record what has been done.
